TFF FANTASY LEAGUE USER AGREEMENT

In these Terms of Use established under this agreement, the terms “User”, “you”, or similar expressions refer to any user of the TFF Fantasy League website or mobile application; the terms “we”, “us”, “our”, or similar expressions refer to TFF Dijital Ligler Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi or TFF Fantasy League.

2026/27 TFF Fantasy League Terms of Use

By registering for TFF Fantasy League (the “Game”), you agree to be bound by and comply with the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). You must read these Terms before using the Game. These Terms apply to every instance of your use of the Game. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use the Game.

These Terms may be modified, updated, or supplemented with new conditions at any time. Any such changes or additions will be reflected by updating this page. Therefore, you are advised to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Game following the publication of changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes and your acknowledgment that they will apply to your use of the Game upon publication.

This Game is presented to you by TFF Dijital Ligler Teknoloji A.Ş., registered with the trade registry under number 1142050 and located at Hasan Doğan Milli Takımlar Kamp ve Eğitim Tesisleri, Riva, Beykoz-Istanbul. TFF Dijital Ligler Teknoloji A.Ş. is a subsidiary of the Turkish Football Federation (TFF).

Please note that no third-party real person or legal entity not listed under the “Sponsors and Partnerships” section of the Game or otherwise approved by TFF Dijital Ligler Teknoloji A.Ş. is a sponsor, supporter, partner, or in any way affiliated or associated with the Game. This provision also applies if the Game is downloaded from any mobile application store.

If You Are Under 18 Years of Age and Use the Game:

If you are under 18 years old, you may need the assistance of your parent or legal guardian to use the Game and read these Terms. If there is anything you have difficulty understanding, please ask your parent or legal guardian for assistance. If you still have questions, you, your parent, or your legal guardian may contact us at iletisim@tff.org.

If you are under 13 years of age, you cannot open an account without the consent of your parent or legal guardian. You must register if you wish to play the Game.

If you are under 18 years of age, you must obtain written permission from your parent or legal guardian to win and claim any cash or in-kind prize elements (if applicable). This permission must confirm that your parent or legal guardian agrees to your participation in the Game, approves the awarding of the prize to the Player, and accepts all legal liability and supervisory obligations regarding the prize. For the avoidance of doubt, this consent is separate from the consent required to create a TFF Fantasy League account, which is mandatory for all Players under the age of 13 to play the Game.

When you use the Game, we may collect your personal data to ensure your continued play. Applications and Registration

1. To participate in the Game, all applications must be made online via the TFF Fantasy League website at www.tfffantezilig.com (the “Site”) or the TFF Fantasy League mobile application (the “App”). Applications submitted through any other means will not be accepted. Once your application is accepted, your registration will be successfully completed, and you will become a “Player” of the Game. Each Player may then create a team and a mini-league or join existing leagues.

2.Registration for the Game is open to both residents of the Republic of Türkiye and individuals residing outside the Republic of Türkiye. Employees and executives of TFF Dijital Ligler Teknoloji A.Ş. (and their first-degree family members) may participate in the Game, but they are not eligible to win any Prize (as defined below). If a relevant person is determined to be ineligible to receive a Prize, the entitlement to the Prize shall pass to the next eligible Player in line.

3.Individuals under the age of 18 may register for the Game; however, the consent of a parent or legal guardian is required to claim a prize. The conditions for individuals under the age of 18 to win prizes are set out below.

4.You do not need to purchase any product or service to participate in the Game, and no payment will be requested from you.

5.Registrations cannot be made by agencies or third-party intermediaries. No responsibility is accepted for lost, delayed, or incomplete registrations, or registrations that fail to reach TFF Fantasy League for any reason. Such registrations will be deemed invalid.

6.There is no restriction on the number of registrations per household or organization. However, only one registration for the Game is permitted per Site or App user. It is essential that individuals do not open multiple accounts on the Site or App. Individuals are not permitted to grant access to their account on the Site or App to any other person for the purpose of playing or otherwise using the Game.

7.While there is no final deadline for registration, applications can be submitted throughout the TFF Fantasy League season, TFF Fantasy League will publish from time to time the deadlines by which you must register as a Player in order to update your squad and earn points from that squad for any given match week in the Game.

8.TFF Fantasy League aims to ensure that the Game is an inclusive and safe environment for all Players. TFF Fantasy League reserves the right, at its sole discretion, at any time and without obligation to provide any reason, to change the name and/or emblem of a registration, team, or league, or to suspend and/or delete registrations, teams, or leagues. This includes, without limitation, players, names, words, emblems, images, or expressions and other registrations deemed by TFF Fantasy League to be inappropriate, promotional, profane, defamatory, discriminatory, divisive, or offensive according to its policies and principles.

You will provide your personal data to TFF Fantasy League. All personal data you submit will be processed in accordance with the TFF Fantasy League Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection (KVKK) Clarification Text available here [Personal Data Protection Notice and Privacy Policy], the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, and other applicable data protection legislation.

We will only share your data as set out in our KVKK Clarification Text, Privacy Policy, and these Terms. If a Player wins a Prize, the winner's name may be published on the Site or the App in accordance with paragraphs 19 and 20. If prizes are distributed by other parties with whom TFF Fantasy League has a sponsorship or collaboration relationship, your data may also be shared with the relevant parties. TFF Fantasy League may also share your personal data if requested by an authorized authority or court in the Republic of Türkiye.

9. Both Players residing in the Republic of Türkiye and those residing outside the Republic of Türkiye who register for the Game are automatically included in a "Country League."

10. Players may establish mini-leagues in accordance with the Game Rules. TFF Fantasy League does not permit any Player, individual, or entity (with the exception of TFF, TFF Dijital Ligler Teknoloji A.Ş., clubs whose licensing rights have been obtained with the written permission of TFF Dijital Ligler Teknoloji A.Ş., and Official Sponsors of TFF Fantasy League) to create or participate in mini-leagues for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to:

(a) charging a fee to enter a mini-league; and

(b) conditioning participation in a mini-league upon the purchase of goods or services (including subscriptions).

If TFF Fantasy League considers that a mini-league has been created for commercial purposes, it reserves the right to delete said mini-league and suspend or delete the registration of any player who is an administrator or participant of that mini-league, and assumes no liability for doing so. TFF Fantasy League shall not be held liable for any loss arising from the management of or participation in such mini-leagues by players, including deletion by TFF Fantasy League.

11. Game Functionality E-mail Notifications. The User agrees that informational e-mails within the following scope may be sent to the e-mail address provided during registration, in order to ensure the provision of the core functions of the game, maintain the game experience, and enable users to exercise their game-related rights in a timely manner:

i. Reminder notifications regarding the upcoming weekly squad update deadline for the team/squad created by the User,

ii. Information regarding the User's weekly game performance, points earned, ranking information, and game results.

The aforementioned e-mail notifications constitute service notifications sent solely to enable the User to benefit from their gaming activities on the platform, and do not carry any advertising, campaign, promotional, or marketing purpose.

The User may, at any time, stop the delivery of such informational e-mails via the "I do not wish to receive e-mail notifications" or similar preference management link included within the relevant e-mails, or through the platform preference panel. The exercise of this preference by the user shall not affect their account or their right to benefit from the gaming services on the platform.

Game Rules

12. The Game shall be governed by the Game Rules (as amended from time to time) published by TFF Fantasy League and accessible on the Website and App ("Game Rules"). The Game Rules form an integral part of these Terms, and by registering for the Game, you agree to the Game Rules. TFF Fantasy League reserves the right to amend, correct, or add to the Game Rules at its sole discretion, provided that such changes do not prejudice fair competition. You acknowledge that TFF Fantasy League shall incur no liability due to any such changes, and you are therefore advised to check the Game Rules regularly. Your continued use of the Game following the publication of changes to the Game Rules constitutes your acceptance of such changes and your acknowledgment that they will apply to your use of the Game upon publication.

13. TFF Fantasy League shall be the sole authorized decision-making authority regarding the interpretation of the Game Rules and any matter related to the content or gameplay of the Game. TFF Fantasy League will not enter into correspondence regarding such matters, and its decision on any matter arising from or in connection with the Game Rules, including but not limited to the allocation of points to any Player and/or the awarding of any Prize and/or any ranking or league table, shall be final and binding.

Prize(s) and Details of Winners

14. TFF Fantasy League reserves the right to award prizes ("Prize(s)") in connection with the Game. These Prizes will be awarded at TFF Fantasy League's discretion and in accordance with the criteria it determines. TFF Fantasy League reserves the right to amend and modify the Prizes or the criteria for winning a Prize when circumstances beyond its reasonable control require it to do so.

15. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Under no circumstances will a cash alternative be offered. If a Prize involves travel or attendance at an event, TFF Fantasy League will attempt to agree on dates with the prize winner. However, if the Prize winner is unable to participate in the relevant Prize or receive the Prize on the dates specified by TFF Fantasy League, the Prize may be forfeited or an alternative Prize winner may be selected. If any aspect of a Prize is canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond TFF Fantasy League's control (including, without limitation, force majeure, government actions, state of war, epidemic, pandemic, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, acts or threats of terrorism, national disasters, or periods of national mourning due to terrorism), TFF Fantasy League shall not be held liable, that portion of the Prize shall not be awarded, and no additional compensation shall be provided. No refunds or credits will be given for changes to Prizes.

16. Players other than those specified in paragraph 2 are eligible to receive prizes provided they comply with these rules. However, if a Player is under 18 years of age, they must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian to be eligible for a Prize. This consent must confirm that the parent/legal guardian agrees to the Player's participation in the Game, agrees to the publication of the Player's name as the winner of the Prize, agrees to the awarding of the Prize to the Player, and will accompany the Player during any travel associated with the Prize, or confirms that TFF Fantasy League assumes no liability. For the avoidance of doubt, this consent is separate from the consent required to create a TFF Fantasy League account to play the Game, which must be obtained by all Players under 13 years of age.

17. TFF Fantasy League aims to award (but does not guarantee) the Prizes listed in the Prizes section of the Website and Mobile Application to Players. Winners will be determined in accordance with TFF Fantasy League's Game Rules, and the exact specifications and nature of the Prizes shall be at the discretion of TFF Fantasy League.

18. Winners will be notified of their Prize achievement via mail, message, or SMS sent to the email address provided during registration or through the social media platform used to register. Each winner must respond to this notification within fifteen (15) days to confirm their wish to accept the Prize. Should a winner fail to provide this confirmation, TFF Fantasy League reserves the right to award the relevant Prize to the next eligible Player. Monthly Prizes will be notified no later than the 28th day of the month following the month in which the relevant Prize was won. Weekly Prizes will be notified within 4 weeks following the end of the week in which the relevant Prize was won. Winners of the Overall Winner / Runner-up / Third Place / Cup Prize / Private Leagues Prizes will be notified within 4 weeks following the end of the football season in which the prize was won, and winners must convey their confirmation regarding the delivery or use of said Prize, along with their contact information, to TFF Fantasy League within the aforementioned fifteen (15) day period.

19. TFF Fantasy League shall publish the names of the monthly prize, weekly prize, and first/second/third place prize winners on the Website and Mobile Application by the end of the 60th (sixtieth) day following the end of the relevant football season, after obtaining all required consents from the winners (or their parents/legal guardians, where applicable).

20. For the purpose of operating and promoting the game, TFF Fantasy League may use your name, team names, logo, or other content you produce in connection with the game for future editorial, promotional, marketing, and/or advertising purposes across all media channels in Türkiye and worldwide, without any compensation or prior notice. If you object to the use of your name or team name, please notify our support team, including your reasons.

21. TFF Fantasy League may use the names and photographs of winners across all media channels in Türkiye and worldwide for editorial, promotional, marketing, and/or advertising purposes. TFF Fantasy League will contact the winners to request their consent for the use of their images. If the Player is under 18 years of age, the consent of a parent or legal guardian will also be obtained.

Responsibilities of Players

22. You warrant and agree that you shall not upload, post, transmit, distribute, or otherwise share any information, content, or material on or in connection with the Game that includes any of the following:

(a) Works protected by copyright, intellectual property rights, or other proprietary rights, or derivative works therefrom, unless otherwise specified herein or prior authorization has been obtained from us or the copyright owner,

(b) Content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, abusive, tortious, defamatory, discriminatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, contains explicit or graphic descriptions or accounts of sexual acts (including, but not limited to, sexual language of a violent or threatening nature directed at another individual or group of individuals), invasive of another's privacy, hateful, insulting to religious values, or aimed at terrorist propaganda,

(c) Content that restricts or inhibits any other user from using and enjoying the Game,

(d) Content that constitutes or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability;

content that contains a virus or other harmful component or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of software or hardware; or any form of advertising or false or misleading indications and statements regarding origin or facts.

23. You warrant and agree that throughout the period you are registered in the Game, you shall keep your account credentials secure, change your password frequently, maintain its confidentiality, and not allow any other person to access your account, nor share or transfer the registration or control of your account to any other person.

24. You further warrant and agree that you shall not:

(a) Impersonate any natural or legal person or misrepresent your affiliation with any such person (including presenting an affiliation as existing when none exists);

(b) Upload, post, transmit, reproduce, distribute, transfer, or in any way exploit for commercial purposes any information or other material obtained through the Game (except as expressly permitted by the provider of such information or material);

(c) Engage in spamming or flooding with consecutive messages;

(d) Use automated or artificial intelligence systems to access the Game and extract information from it;

(e) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems through the Game;

(f) Bring the Game or TFF Fantasy League into disrepute; or

(g) Create mini-leagues for any commercial purpose.

25. TFF Dijital Ligler Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi is the sole owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights related to the Game and its brand, including, but not limited to, associated graphics, trademarks, logos, branding, images, and any Game data. These rights may not be used in any manner by any Player without the prior written consent of our Company or TFF Fantasy League. The aforementioned elements pertaining to the clubs in TFF Fantasy League remain under the discretion of the respective clubs; these elements may not be reproduced or used without the prior written consent of the relevant club. Except as expressly permitted herein, you may not upload, post, publish, reproduce, transmit, or distribute any component of the Game or derivative works thereof on the internet in any way, as the Game is protected by patent, trademark, and copyright laws as a collective work and registered trademark under the intellectual and industrial property laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Responsibilities and Liabilities of TFF Fantasy League

26. The scope of TFF Fantasy League's liability to you is determined taking into account the following matters:

(a) The Game is provided to you free of charge -with the exception of a limited number of features- and on an "as is" basis;

(b) You are solely responsible for any act or omission performed by you as a result of the Game and the information contained therein;

(c) It is your responsibility to ensure that your equipment is enabled with appropriate and up-to-date virus scanning software; and

(d) You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials (including changing your password frequently) and ensuring that they are not shared with others.

27. While TFF Fantasy League strives to ensure that the Game is presented to you without errors at all times and that its content is accurate and complete, it makes no legal commitment to you that this will be the case.

28. TFF Fantasy League reserves the right to modify or temporarily or permanently discontinue the Game at any time, with or without prior notice. In the event that TFF Fantasy League permanently terminates the Game pursuant to this article, you shall be discharged from your obligations to TFF Fantasy League under these Terms.

29. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as implying that liability originating from fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or misrepresentation by other Players or third parties through the use of any element of the Game may be attributed to TFF Fantasy League.

30. TFF Fantasy League accepts no liability to you for any damage, loss, obligation, injury, or failure to obtain material or non-material benefit that you may suffer as a result of participating in the Game or accepting a prize; this includes (but is not limited to) the following types of loss that you may incur as a result of your participation in the Game:

(a) Any loss that was not foreseeable by you and TFF Fantasy League at the time you first applied for the Game (even if such loss arises from TFF Fantasy League's failure to comply with these Terms or its negligence);

(b) Any financial or commercial loss you may suffer, including loss of revenue, profit, or anticipated savings (regardless of whether such losses are a direct or indirect result of TFF Fantasy League's operations or default);

(c) Any loss or damage to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account and/or password;

(d) Any loss you suffer due to a reason not originating from our failure to comply with these Terms, our negligence, or our breach of a legal obligation; and/or

(e) Any loss connected with or arising from the Prize.

Breach

31. Any breach of the Game Rules by you at any time shall also constitute a breach of these Terms.

32. In the event of a breach of these Terms by you, TFF Fantasy League reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

(a) permanently or temporarily deny your entry to the Game;

(b) disqualify you from the Game;

(c) modify, delete, and/or suspend your registration; and delete all information associated with your registration; and/or

(d) demand that any reasonable modification be made to your registration.

All such decisions made by TFF Fantasy League shall be final and binding, and no correspondence shall be entered into in this regard.

33. If you are barred from registering as a Player or are disqualified, you shall not be eligible to participate in the Game under a different identity or team name. Such decisions by TFF Fantasy League shall be final and binding.

34. If any provision of these Terms is determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and TFF Fantasy League shall make the relevant modifications to serve the same purpose.

35. Refund of Digital Content. The User accepts and agrees that all virtual assets and items purchased through the Platform (Web or Mobile Application), referred to under the names "Manager Card" or similar titles, fall within the scope of "Digital Content" and "Services Delivered Instantly in Electronic Environment."

36. Pursuant to Article 15(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts (the “Regulation”), published in the Official Gazette dated 27.11.2014 and numbered 29188, which was prepared on the basis of Articles 48 and 84 of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers (the “Law”), published in the Official Gazette dated 28.11.2013 and numbered 28835; consumers do not have a right of withdrawal in "contracts regarding services performed instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer."

37. Due to the dynamics of fantasy football, a purchased "Manager Card" (e.g., Captain Card, Unlimited Budget Card, etc.) becomes active the moment the user completes the payment transaction and is deemed used for the relevant match week; therefore, performance of the service is deemed complete. Accordingly:

• The User accepts, declares, and irrevocably undertakes that they cannot exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal for the virtual items they purchase,

• A physical return of purchased digital assets is not possible,

• Once the payment transaction is completed, a refund for the purchased assets cannot be requested even if they remain unused.

38.For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, without prejudice to the respective platforms' own refund policies, the User agrees that the "absence of the right of withdrawal" provision set forth in this agreement shall also serve as the basis for disputes raised through these platforms.

39. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchased item due to reasons not attributable to the User—including any loss of in-game advantage, ranking, or potential earnings resulting from the use or inability to use purchased manager cards or other paid virtual items (except where explicitly stated otherwise in our Refund Policy)—shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the item in question.

40. By participating in the Game, you accept the following regarding limited-time private leagues and refund matters:

When a User joins a limited-time league that takes place within a specific date range (for example: the April League) by paying an entry fee, they are provided with a service that grants them access to specialized statistics tracking for that league, inclusion in the prize pool, and access to the competition platform.

41. The User has the right to withdraw from the purchased league entry up to 1 hour prior to the official kickoff time of the first match of that league's first match week, provided that the 14-day period has not elapsed. For refund requests made in accordance with these conditions, the collected amount shall be refunded to the User using the same method as the original payment.

42. The performance of the service shall be deemed to have commenced 1 hour prior to the start of the first match of the relevant league's first match week (official kickoff time announced by the TFF). From this moment onward, the right of withdrawal shall terminate pursuant to Article 15(1)(g) (entertainment activities to be provided on a specific date or period) and Article 15(1)(ğ) (services performed instantly in an electronic environment) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, as the User, their squad, and choices have been integrated into the league system, technical scoring and data integration have been activated, the league quota has been finalized, and prize pool calculations have been completed.

43. In the event that a league cannot be launched at all by TFF Dijital Ligler Teknoloji A.Ş. due to a technical necessity, all collected entry fees shall be refunded to the user in full without deduction.

44. Without prejudice to Article 15(1)(g) and Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts; in any case, provided that it is prior to the closure of the relevant private league and that performance has not yet commenced, the User has the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase under the Law and the Regulation on Distance Contracts without giving any reason. Even if performance of the relevant private league services has not commenced, this right cannot be exercised if 14 days have elapsed from the date of payment.

45. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchased item due to reasons not attributable to the User -including any loss of in-game advantage, ranking, or potential earnings resulting from the inability to use the entry right following payment of the entry fee for private leagues (except where explicitly stated otherwise in our Refund Policy)- shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the item in question.

46. For all matters regarding return and refund procedures not regulated herein, our Refund Policy shall apply.

47. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Türkiye.
